Our Founder
Sarah Hart is a silly and creative person. She’s her father’s daughter. She has been known to (frequently) crack good jokes and laugh at others’ jokes so hard she can’t breathe. So hard she has tears running down her legs.
Initially a violin performance major that played in Boston orchestras and built a rewarding violin studio, she found she couldn’t get enough of creativity. Having a keen esthetic sense for patterns, textures and colors, she branched out into personal shopping and styling women to look their best. She had also honed her business skills by working as a top sales person in a fast-paced advertising industry.
Her (number?) years of expertise in these areas made her particularly aware of the demand for originality and customer satisfaction, helping her grow Twerp into a profitable Amazon business.
Check out her first major product: vinyl, reusable wine stickers that replaced wine charms. Crazy expressions on them like, “I’m not slurring my words. I’m speaking in cursive,” earn the product lots of guffaws and giggles.
Although you wouldn’t know it, she is now a grown up, and always looking for humor in raising three unique children, a rescue dog, and a beta fish, while working the Amazon business she loves. Sarah occasionally thumps her children on the head and wrestles them to the ground.
